Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Order Changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
